This craftsman–coastal style one-of-a-kind estate home site is situated on the western branch of The Lynnhaven River in Virginia Beach. The residence boasts outdoor spaces designed to maximize enjoyment of the commanding waterway views and passing boat traffic. This home features a coffered ceiling, a large fireplace with stone surround, a media room wired for impressive sound and a projection screen, an exercise room with ergonomic rubber flooring, and other particulars customized for our client’s lifestyle. Energy-efficient aspects are also incorporated into the design, such as tankless water heaters, spray foam insulation, and rooftop solar panels.
